Registration Fees
Guests are able to select from single or twin share occupancy.
Single Occupancy - $2050 per person
3 nights in your own private deluxe suite
Twin Share Occupancy - $1850 per person
Dual registration sharing a suite with a friend
If you would like to spread the costs of your registration fees we are happy to offer a payment plan. 
Please make this request by replying to the email you will receive from us upon confirming your registration. 
All costs are in NZD and inclusive of GST. 
Whats Included
  • Three nights’ accommodation in a luxury suite.

  • Private hot pools. (guaranteed for early registrations)

  • Travel to and from Braemer Lodge

  • Alcohol or drinks in addition to that listed above

  • Spa treatments

  • Food/meals outside of the lodge

What to bring
If you register and our November retreat is unable to proceed due to Covid alert level restrictions, the following will apply:
  • Our retreat will absolutely go ahead - when we are able to do so safely. Our plans and schedule will simply carry forward to a later date.
  • Your registration will automatically carry forward to the next scheduled retreat.
  • If for some reason you are unable to attend the next scheduled dates, you can either choose to transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, or apply for a full refund.
If you need to cancel

If due to unforseen curcumstances you are unable to attend after registering (unrelated to Covid Alert levels), the following conditions will apply:

  • You are able to transfer your registration at no cost if you have a friend or colleague wanting to attend.

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing

  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the retreat may incur a $250 cancellation charge. The balance of the registration paid will be refunded.

  • Cancellations received within 10 days from the start of the retreat are not eligible for a refund.


  • If the retreat is cancelled (for reasons beyond the organisers control, or for reasons relating to the health and safety of guests), all registration fees will be refunded. Please also refer to the Covid terms above.

  • Clothes - We don't have a dress code so come as you are comfortable! You may however want to bring an outfit or two suitable for a nice dinner!

  • Stretch/workout clothes and shoes suitable for Pilates etc

  • Toiletries / shampoo etc

  • An open mind, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and participate

  • A notebook will be provided however if you prefer to make electronic notes or if you need to access emails etc during the retreat, you are welcome to bring your devices.
